Payment & Transactions
Transactions are secure and handled by World Pay accepting all major credit and debit cards. Card details and other sensitive information are dealt by World Pay and at no point are held by Rhubarb Farm.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting from the day the goods have been received. If the item(s) are in a re-salable condition, a refund for the full amount will be paid back to you within 30 days of the cancellation of the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Although we seek to ensure that all purchases are handled swiftly some art-work may be specially made to order by the artist. Once your order is processed you will receive an e-mail from Rhubarb Farm informing you of the estimated production and delivery times. All deliveries are made by courier and are priced according to weight and distance travelled. If you have special delivery requests please contact Rhubarb Farm directly.
